They were super-responsive. From sending them the server login details to handing over the finished website was 4 days. I didn’t really give them much guidance other than sending them a palette of colours to work with. They did everything and even showed me how to make some tweaks and changes myself. It probably would have been done faster had I not cheekily asked them to make tweaks that were over and above what I could reasonably expect. They didn’t complain and just went ahead and did them without a fuss.
